Dr. Nachbar explains everything very well, and every interaction is pleasant, whether it's a simple office visit or the day of surgery. He is also a top notch surgeon who did a wonderful job on my breast reduction, leaving barely visible scars.

I initially searched for doctors that could repair/restore previously REALLY bad plastic surgery results and instantly new Dr. Nachbar was the surgeon for me. He was very concise and to the point with what needed to be accomplished and his approach was spot on! In addition the results far EXCEEDED my expectations. He absolutely is superb, in addition...his staff is unbelievably professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had to wait to see the doc. All of my questions (some really silly) were always answered completely. I cannot recommend strongly enough my experience and results w/ Dr. Nachbar!!

Dr. Nachbar did a surgery on me that no other doctor would perform due to the complexity of the surgery. The surgery results were perfect, the Doctor and staff were as kind as could be. I'd recommend James Nachbar to anyone.

At first, I was a little apprehensive about plastic surgery, but I was very impressed with Dr. Nachbar and his office staff during the first visit. Dr. Nachbar did my tummy tuck/breast lift & augmentation two weeks ago today. Dr. Nachbar and his staff did a great job. It is hard to do something purely for yourself after devoting years to raising small children, but I am very thankful that I did. It has made a world of difference. Thank You!
