Exceptional surgeon. I am a 79 year old woman and dr Parson recently did a lower face/neck lift on me. Results are beyond my expectations and I no longer have the OLD lady sagging skin and drawn look. I look refreshed without that overstretched appearance. Dr. Parson and his team are absolutely the best!

I first met Dr. Parson on April 15th to inquire about several procedures I wanted to have done. From the moment I walked into his beautiful office, I felt a sense of peace. It’s a bit nerve wracking inquiring about having surgery, but this office felt right for me. Angie and Aly in the front were so warm and welcoming. The check in process was smooth and no sooner I was being called by Dr. Parson‘s nurse, Stacey. She walked me to the back, spoke with her about what I wanted to get done, and she took some photos. Soon after, I met Dr. Parson. He had such a personable and charming personality, that I knew he was going to be the one to do my procedure. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Following this, I was escorted by him to his Patient Coordinator and Office Manager, Danielle’s, office. She explained how soon the surgery could be done and what the pricing would be. I was scheduled on June 23rd and it was the most pleasant experience I have had. Dr. Parson’s staff truly cares about your needs and he has been a pleasure to work with. In addition, I want to say that his work is clean! I am 1 day post-op and barely have had any drainage. I trusted him with this procedure and I am so happy he was the one to do it. Thank you, Dr. Parson and staff, for making this entire experience an unforgettable one.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to look for the best Dr. to perform my surgery to look as natural as possible. I am 5-4" and about 112-115. Currently a 34-a or aa?! I've always been fairly petite and don't run anymore or do too much cardio as the first things to shrink are my boobs, especially when I lose any weight! My long term boyfriend has always told me that he likes and accepts me for how I am but he understands my reasons for wanting and needing to do this for me and for the right reasons. I have been previously teased by former in laws and just tired of feeling sad about not having boobs. I don't feel normal and I don't feel relaxed in intimate situations so I feel like I will like myself in the mirror and feel more confident over all. I have been researching this site for awhile now and liked the before and after pictures on Dr. Sean Parson's site. I called to make an appt . Put down 100.00 to secure said appt. they were friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and called me to come in sooner as I was on the list. I tried on Naturelle gel implants. They looked different than I expected. They were heavy and soft but firm if that makes sense. Not balloon shaped like I expected. I liked the look of the 400-450 size and think I want to go somewhere in between this.?!? They felt pretty heavy in the thin sports bra they gave me to try on. The assistant took pictures and I then met with the Dr and he was friendly and explained things well. He explained my measurements and listened while I told him that I liked the teardrop look and NOT the perfectly round high on your chest fake huge look. I like them fuller at the bottom. He understood that I didn't want too big for my frame but as natural as possible. I showed him my wish pics as a reference and also downloaded the app and pictures they took of my profile. It looked scary to me. I guess i don't like my picture taken tho and I'm older and have had 4 kids that I gained 50 pounds with each. So I do have a pooch but boobs have held up good for my age I think and he said so. ( I was only able to breast feed for a short time for each child) I wish I could do a mommy makeover but that is around 23k and I can't justify that right now during Covid! So my surgery is scheduled for Sept 11. But I have my pre-Op appt. August 13th. At this time I'll pay the difference of 6700. As I already paid the 1500 to secure the surgery date. Plus the 100 initial so the total is going to be 8200 and change. I know it's more than the normal but it's Scottsdale and I think he will do a perfect as possible job. I heard that he is a perfectionist and cares that the patient is very happy with the results. I'm excited. My boyfriend had reservations but he understands that It will make me very happy and finally feel "normal". Lol. I'll post pictures of my first initial visit. Updated on 26 Jul 2020: I am second guessing the size range I’m initially choosing 400-450. Somewhere around 435. I just don’t want to look too big but yet I don’t want to go too small and wish I would have went bigger. I’ve been told by a couple people to “go bigger”. That they wish they had done so. I think I should bring a regular non padded bra to my appt instead of using their sports bra and maybe a couple shirts to get a better idea of what my results may look like. I don’t think my Dr’s office has an imaging computer to see 3D results. I’ll have to ask when I go in for my pre-Op visit. Updated on 21 Sep 2020: Pain wasn't too bad. They look great and I'm happy with the size. Happy to only be takin if Allieve now. The ice pack definitely helped during the recovery. Can't wait for them to drop and fluff and look even more natural than they already do. Should have done this ads ago.

I’m 69 years old and lucky enough to look younger. As a former PE teacher I’m very active in my retirement by playing golf, Pickleball and going to the gym. I’d started noticing my neck looked like the wattle on a turkey and the “ meno pot” belly wouldn’t go away no matter how much weight I lost or how much I worked out. At the time of surgery I was 5’6” and 138 lbs. I’m six weeks post op and couldn’t be happier with my results- turkey wattle is gone and stomach, thighs and love handles have disappeared. I now weigh 132.5 after 6.5 lbs of fat removed! I highly recommend Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale! He and his staff are so professional, knowledgeable and patient centered. I’d interviewed 2 other plastic surgeons here and they were like used car salesmen. Thanks to him I look and feel 15 years younger!

Had breast implant revision a month ago with Dr Parson & had an overall exceptional experience. Because I originally had (from a different previous surgeon) the allergan recalled textured implants causing lymphoma and also a severe rupture on one side, it was imperative I could find a skilled microsurgeon here in the Arizona that would be able to give me a thorough capsulectomy & order the proper pathology testing after as well. Dr. Parson was able to perform a perfect “en bloc” which is removal of the implant inside the scar tissue pocket “all in one piece” (see pics). Only a handful of surgeons are skilled enough to perform capsulectomies this way & one of the reasons why I chose Dr. Parson not only because I trusted his expertise & knowledge in the explant procedure but because he actually seems to care about his patients. His staff has been top notch too including Danielle & Stacey to assist me with my unique situation. My aesthetic end result is beautiful (see pic of 4 weeks after surgery) So natural aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly I feel confident I can move on with my life with a clean bill of health now!

Felt old and tired and lots of upper eyelid sag on my right eye. I work on a computer most of the day and it took 6-8 weeks for me to be able to work all day without using eyedrops (lots of dry and burning sensation). Now I'm back to normal with little dryness. I'm super happy with the result. Wish he would have taken a little more off of the upper lids but I'm glad he was conservative rather than too aggressive.

I had a breast reduction and abdominal liposuction done by Dr. Parson back in December and could not be happier that I chose him to perform my surgery. He has been more than accommodating and helpful. His staff is wonderful and always very welcoming. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jennifer gave me cheeks and lips (juvederm ultra) And fixed my deep smile lines. She also dissolved lip filler done by a previous injector that was lumpy. I am glad I found her, she is very educated and talented. I trust her because she has the experience and passion that it takes to be a good injector.

Dr Parson exceeded my expectations and then some. I am not only thrilled with my results but his bedside manner and professionalism tops the charts. I have had 4 previous breast surgeries ( different surgeon) and was told I was now "inoperable" Dr Parson took on the challenge with my best interest at heart. I have always settled with looking " deformed" I finally have PERFECT breasts!!! I can't thank Dr Parson enough. I'm beyond happy!!!!
