I had already chosen a different doctor to go to for surgery, and only went in to see Dr. W for a 3rd opinion. But after my consultation with him, I knew I had to choose him instead. It was a gut feeling and for once I went with it. Glad I did - he knows what he is doing and so does his staff. Dr. W is great and he will make sure you get the best "you" possible.

Deciding to have a facelift was one of the toughest decisions I have made in a long time, choosing the physician was the easiest. Dr. W was very thorough in my initial consultation. He spent a good amount of time listening to what my goals were and then gave me information on the procedures he recommended. He was honest and candid and I appreciate that he was able to tell me what to reasonably expect from surgery. He was very personable and I felt like he really cared about me as a person and about achieving my desired results. M was also awesome! She was able to answer my questions and was a great person to talk to when I got worried about anything regarding the surgery or post op. She spent extra time with me during my appointments (before and after surgery), on the phone when I had miscellaneous questions, and helped keep me from over-stressing. When I tried on the implants she gave good insight to things I hadn’t considered and wasn’t at all bothered that I wanted to try them on again a few days later. I was back to work within 2 weeks and able to return to my normal activities after 10 weeks. I feel great now (14 weeks post op)! I am so happy I had the surgery and that I chose Dr. Ward. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. W to anyone I know looking for a ‘mommy makeover’.

I chose Dr. W because of his credentials; and I'm so glad I did. I needed an implant exchange to smaller implants. From the moment I walked in to the beautiful office, I was greeted in a friendly and sincere manner. ALL of the staff made me feel comfortable - Michelle especially treated me with so much kindness and respect I knew I had made the right decision. Then, Dr. W came into the room...just as his staff, he immediately put me at ease, explained what would be my result, answered all of my questions (which were many!) and took his time with me. I never felt like he was hurrying me through my consultation. I felt absolutely confident in his ability, and was not disappointed. I am THRILLED with my result and can only say that if you are looking for a plastic surgeon, truly look no further than Dr. W.

I consulted with Dr. W along with 3 other Dr's for a before I had surgery. I chose Dr. W because he made me feel so comfortable about myself and what I was wanting. Plus, his many years of experience. H'e not an "assembly line" He explained the procedure, I had it done, and I can promise you I have fantastic results above what I even imagined. After consulting Dr. Ward, I found that several friends I know had been to him, some with several procedures and they were extremely happy! His staff is excellent, very friendly, helpful, and caring as well as Dr. W. I have some more things I want done and you can bet Dr. W will be the surgeon to do it!!

Dr. W and his staff are amazing. I have had 2 surgeries by Dr. Ward and have had wonderful results. They are available for Saturday consults and his staff was open and accessible when I had questions. I highly recommend his practice if you are wanting a costmetic procedure. So much that I have recommended my family and friends to his practice. One of my closest friends just got her procedure done, she was so impressed by him, his work, and his staff!

All you have to do is check out the work of other local surgeons and compare with the work of Dr. W...he is a perfectionist, which is what you want when considering plastic surgery. Several years ago I did a breast lift with aug, and the level of skill can not be compared. If you are even considering a tummy tuck...this is the guy! I've waited twelve years to have this procedure done, and had I found Dr. W then, I would have gone for it! They also have awesome financing options available,including 0% interest. Totally worth it! His staff is very knowledgeable about pre and post care, and he just does amazing work!

Before choosing a surgeon to do my facelift I spoke to four different women who had work done by Dr. John Ward. I saw the results in person and one of the women had her work done over ten years ago. They all looked amazingly beautiful and had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ward. I did some research online and found him to be one of the top rated Plastic Surgeons in Arizona as well as in the entire country. I made an appointment and from the minute I walked into the office I felt completely at ease. The doctor himself was warm and patient and explained everything to me in detail. He answered all my questions and even gave me an extra appointment because I had more concerns that came up at a later date. The office staff was wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous, warm and kind.

My experience has been my doctor is experienced and talented with a great staff. Obviously, this was an unusual situation and he just did not know what to do. Thought my reaction and the initial itching and skin sensations might be a viral flare up, for example. Only negative I would say is that he really fried to downplay the issue and my distorted look. So I do not in any way blame him for what happened and he did a great job with the injection placement. I'd just appreciate a tad bit more acceptance (and empathy) of my issue and concerns as the John Hopkins plastic surgeons displayed the second they saw me. I plan to continue to use him for my botox treatments and potentially consider for other procedures (with more probing on capacity to empathize and work to correct problems when they arise as I would hate to have a major procedure encounter difficulties and not have a doctor actively trying to make things better).

From the day I met Dr. Ward I was comfortable and confident in my decision. My initial jitters were easily laid to rest by Michelle's friendly personality. From the pre-op to the post-op Michelle is always easily reachable and happy to answer questions. I never felt pressured to go further or improve more. He actually told me "If it aint broke, don't fix it" when I inquired about doing my breasts again. That to me says a lot about his character and that he isn't interested in the number of surgeries but the person itself. Dr. Ward is focused on making a natural beauty, not a plastic doll. I am so amazingly happy with the results of my surgery. The extra time and detail he puts in to tightening the abdominal muscle gave me the waist I've always dreamed of. Thank you Dr. Ward!!!

Dr. is an incredibly meticulous, personable, kind and talented doctor. I had consulted with 3 other surgeons before meeting Dr. W. There was no competition. He took time to know what meet with me before he even did an examination and knew exactly what I wanted and what would work for MY body. His staff, especially his surgery coordinator, was beyond helpful and made me feel at ease prior and after surgery. The day of surgery, Dr. Ward met with me and put me at ease. Through friends. I went to Dr. Ward over 10 years ago, early 50's for a facelift and had such good results that I went back at 66 for some additional work! I'm just as happy as before. Dr. Ward has done several of my friends and everyone is Happy, looks natural, and would highly recommend him! Excellent! My husband is please with the results and he really didn't want me to do it.
