For several years, I had experienced persistent pain in my left armpit. I underwent a series of medical imaging tests, including multiple ultrasounds, mammograms, and x-rays. The test results reported negative for cancer, though they did not mention the extensive scar tissue that had formed around my implants. The MRI results showed no signs of cancer, but did indicate partial ruptures in both of my breast implants. The MRI report did not mention the implants being surrounded by thick scar tissue. My left shoulder had been causing me pain for a couple of years and an x-ray revealed a slight impingement. Again, the scar tissue was not mentioned and no treatment stopped the pain. I can not say enough good things about Dr.Halpern, his staff, and the entire process of my surgery. I flew in from Hawaii, have never had surgery before and never felt lost once in this process. Dr. Halpern’s team is communicative, kind, and professional. All of my questions were answered in depth and everything was explained to me in great detail. I flew back home after my surgery one week post operation and felt properly educated on my medications and restrictions/ timelines. I honestly felt GREAT. I stopped taking pain meds about five days after surgery and had very minimal pain in those few days post-op. I was cleared for exercise after three weeks and I couldn’t believe how capable my body was. Recovery was easier than I had anticipated, but that was also because I listened to the advice from Dr.Halpern and had my sister taking care of me with very specific instructions given to her from himself and his team. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable through the entire process. Everything was so seamless and everyone was so kind and caring towards me. I could not be more thankful for the team I had and my results after only four weeks! I follow all of the post op care instructions because I genuinely want the best results possible. All of the staff was reassuring my sister that I would be so happy with my results and Dr.Halpern even called to check on me that night after surgery and the following morning (while he was on vacation!). The entire process couldn’t have been more seamless and I’m so thankful and grateful for my results. I genuinely can’t thank Dr.Halpern or his team enough for taking such amazing care of me.

Dr. HALPERN and his staff were extremely professional and thorough with every aspect of my consultation, preop, surgery and recovery. He explains everything in detail and the reasoning behind doing things the way he does. Dr. Halpern has perfected his techniques so that there is minimal scarring and even that fades after a very short time. The preop and postop instructions were very thorough giving me all the information I needed to be prepared before and after my surgery. Dr. Halpern called me several times to check up on me after I returned home. The results of my facelift were amazing. I wanted a more youthful, yet natural look without having a drastic change in my appearance. Friends that I have known for a very long time commented on how great I looked, but they were uncertain as to what I had done because everything looks so natural And youthful. When I returned 10 years after having my first procedure, Dr. HALPERN still has the same anesthesiologist and office staff. To me that says a lot about a doctor. I have referred many people to Dr. Halpern and everyone has also been extremely happy. I would never use anyone else.

Only time I don’t is to shower. My favorite post-procedural bra is by Hanes! It’s so smooth, comfortable, and silky feeling. I have included a picture. 10/10 recommend it!!

Dr. Joshua Halpern and his staff are top notch. I went through a horrible experience with a different doctor in Tampa over a year ago and I know the difference. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. You never feel rushed, you know he’s listening to you, and he asks and answers questions so that you’re both on the same page. Everyone on his staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. The procedure itself was night and day from the horror I went through before. Far less pain. Very little bruising. Excellent after care. And I’m so happy with the results so far. He fixed the botched job I had previously, and then some. I am about five weeks out and still have more healing to do, but I just wanted to give the biggest shout out to Dr. Halpern and his staff. I chose Dr Halpern to remove my ruptured silicone gel implants. I had them replaced with saline implants I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr Halpern. He is very personable with a great bedside manner. He is highly skilled with years of experience. I was worried about the procedure but he set my mind at ease. I also had a breast lift with the removal of the old implants. My recovery went smoothly thanks to following Dr Halpern's instructions.

I was tired of looking tired all the time so I interviewed 4 plastic surgeons for a procedure to address my hooded eyelids. Dr. Halpern took a lot of time to explain my options and showed me how my drooping brows contributed to the excess skin on my eyelids. I was also concerned about the excess skin on my neck and jowls at my jawline. He carefully addressed each concern. We agreed to schedule two separate procedures for the eyes to avoid doing too much at once. I also realized that younger looking eyes may look out of place if I didn't do something about the jawline too. In December I had a brow lift and facelift. I was probably a high maintenance patient, but Dr. Halpern returned my calls all through the weekend to calm me during my recovery. It's been six months since surgery and in my opinion I don't look like I had surgery, I just look like a better/younger version of me. I purposely lost 10 pounds at the same time so I would have a wayto explain that my face looks so much slimmer. Friends remark how good I look but no one has asked if I had surgery, not even my daughter who would not hold back if she suspected lol. I remain impressed every time I see Dr. Halpern at his willingness to spend time talking through concerns and treating me without being rushed. I have a slight issue with result under my chin and he has offered additional procedures to address it. I feel confident that he will ensure that I am pleased with the results. I had a breast explant with a lift with Dr Halpern on March 1st, 2022 to remove my second set of implants. I felt like they were too heavy and one breast was always lower than the other. I additionally had many vague nonspecific symptoms over the years such as chronic fatigue, constant runny nose, inability to lose weight despite my best efforts, and joint pain in my hips. I wasn’t certain they were related to my implants but sure enough within 2 months all those symptoms disappeared and I lost 7 pounds without even exercising and eating more calories than I previously did. (No lifting for 2 months after) I can’t praise Dr Halpern enough. He is so meticulous in his consultation explaining every detail. He uses special surgical instruments and techniques that he created and patented himself to give the patient a perfect outcome. I could not be happier with the results and his care. His entire staff is amazing. His office manager, Kelly Gratzinger, was so informative and checked on me every step of the way. It’s the best decision I ever made. My breasts are perky now, they are exactly what I wanted. My posture has improved and I’m back to exercising again. 5 star experience every step of the way. If you are considering this procedure I would recommend Dr Halpern. I’ve attached some videos of him explaining his technique in how he creates the most fullness in the breast with the explant.
