I had Botox injections 2 days ago. I wasn't given post-care instructions. Immediately after the treatment (half an hour after) I had a massage, where I lay down for 2 hours. My face was NOT massaged. Two days later, I still have bumps (like mosquito bites) in each of the places where Botox was injected into my forehead. I now realize that some doctors recommend their patients not to lie down for 6 hours after. Will this effect go away soon? Did I do something wrong?
Did Botox 38 hours ago and I still have these big bumps where the injections were put in, in my forehead. I dont know what to do or if they will go away, I have a lumpy forehead and its a little sore. Heres 4hours after, 12 hours after, 24 hours after and 38 hours after. I can still move my forehead up and down as well, its a little forced but the creases still form.
Hello, I had Botox two days ago on my forehead, between my brows, and at the corner of my eyes. The first day, I had virtually no swelling. When I woke up yesterday, I was swollen at all injection sites. Today, it doesnt look any better. Should I be worried? I got it done Friday and since its the weekend, my doctor office is closed.
I just got Botox in my forehead for the first time on 3/1. When the doctor says it usually lasts 2-3 months for first time patients, does that mean 2-3 months from injection or 2-3 months from when it starts to take effect ~1-2 weeks after injection?
I had botox injected into my masseters for jaw reduction and to stop my clenching and grinding two days ago. I don't see or feel any change yet. Can you tell me when I can expect to notice any changes and what they might be? The doctor said I should probably come back in 9 month's time for more injections but I don't know how much botox he used, he injected at 4 sites on both sides.
I had Botox injections Thursday on my forehead, between the eyebrows.. That day I saw the first of the result and was excited about the possible results in the upcoming days. Today is Saturday and now the deep creases are back as if the effects are wearing off, not increasing.
