AlloDerm

Alloderm is a long-lasting implant that doctors use in breast reconstruction following breast cancer. Alloderm is less often used in lip enhancement and deep wrinkle treatment.  Alloderm is made from human tissue donated to tissue banks. According to the maker of Alloderm Lifecell, "the human donor tissue undergoes a multi-step proprietary process that removes both the epidermis and the cells that can lead to tissue rejection and graft failure, without damaging the matrix."
