Dr. Michael Contreras: I think the most important thing with fillers: injecting the filler in stages. So I will usually start with the amount that I think might just get them to the point of correction but maybe undershoot it just a little bit because everybody is worried about that look. Nobody wants to look like they've been overdone or even done at all; so if we do it in stages we can inject every two to three weeks just so we get to that optimal fill. And I think by doing it that way too you reduce the cost because sometimes you inject that first time and that's enough and the patients happy and that's all we need.
