The fat injection, obviously, you get it from your own subcutaneous fat. You have to suction it and then inject it. It is not advisable for somebody who doesn't have a liposuction planned. If you're going to have a liposuction, it makes sense to get that fat and reuse it. But if you're not planning to do liposuction, it's better to use one of those synthetic fillers.
