You can absolutely do a breast lift and if the breasts are not going to be large enough at the end for the women's satisfaction, you can do a breast implant at the same time. And that is a wonderful operation, because when you refill the envelope and tighten it, you get the very most perfect looking breast that they haven't seen since their teens. But sometimes you can just do the lift alone and reshape the breast and not have an implant, but it all depends on what size the patient starts with and what size they want to be at the end.
