Ive had 1 treatment of laser tattoo removal a week ago and have just been prescribed antidepressants and anxiety medication, more specifically Sertraline and Gabapentin. If I start taking these will it affect the healing process or have any effects on future treatments?
I have had what look like bruises running the length of both my shins. I was told it is hydroxychloroquine induced pigmentation, from RA medication. I stopped it over a year ago but I was told they are permanent. I found one article a while ago discussing a trial using the Q switched laser to attempt to remove this pigmentation, but no other info since that. Any information on using either the Q switched laser or maybe the newer Picosure/Picoway lasers for this? Thank you!
Hello, I am currently taking Quetiapine Fumarate (seroquel) 6mg every night and 5mg of escitalopram (lexapro) each morning. Will taking these medications prevent my laser tattoo removal treatments from working on my eyebrow tattoos? My eyebrows are fading at an incredibly slow rate. I'm going to a professional nurse with great equipment. I have a lot of ink in there, and it's deep in my skin. Any info will help. Thank you.
Hi , I had a tattoo in my hand and i used salt and lemon mixture together to remove the tattoo as home remedy. I rubbed mixture over the area where i had tattoo. now i think it's penetrating my body over the area very deeply. this might lead to an infection. So, do you have any medicine or suggestion which i can use to avoid it. Please assist me on this . this is very urgent.
Hi there, I was prescribed hydroxychloroquine For lupus. I have had previous laser tattoo removal sessions and was curious if there is any interaction with the laser while taking this drug. Im aware its a photosensitive drug and you have to be careful with uv rays, just trying to be safe before my next appt. Thank you!
