Will anxiety/depression medication affect tattoo removal healing process?

I’ve had 1 treatment of laser tattoo removal a week ago and have just been prescribed antidepressants and anxiety medication, more specifically Sertraline and Gabapentin. If I start taking these will it affect the healing process or have any effects on future treatments?

medications have no effect on tattoo removal laser treatments. I suggest you see an expert for treatment options and use the PFD describe patch.  Best, Dr. Emer.

you for your question. Sertraline and Gabapentin will not affect
laser treatments as they do not thin the blood or alter your skin.
They also do not suppress your immune system so you should heal as
per normal. I recommend notifying your technician of this medical
