43 years old, slender athletic build. I had 4 total vials of Sculptra injected. 2 vials then, 6 weeks later, 2 more vials. The result has been the exact opposite of what was expected. Over these three months my face has become increasingly saggy, lumpy and misshapen. Its as though Ive aged a decade since this summer. What can be done? (First photo is before Sculptra. Second photo is today.)
Ive had 5 vials of sculptra injected in multiple areas on face . My last treatment was 2 vials in April I have had no improvement as of now . Is it possible to still achieve some type of improvement after all this time ?
I'm 3 months post first sculptra injection, but this morning I found two large and hard lumps on cheeks, I feel painful when push them. according to may questions&answers here, I guess I may need sever kenalog shots to break them down. However, I've already got 3 shots to reduce the volume since I don't like the sculptra results. I'm allergic to Methlprenisolone, but I'm ok with very very low dose steriod shots(till now). is there any other option I can choose?

It's been well over 3 months since I got 2 vials of sculptra at once. I am 50 years old and very athletic, with thin angular face. I have hollows under my cheekbones that I wanted to address. I see very little, if no, improvement and am wondering if sculptra is just bad for me or if I need more. I am also considering Ultherapy but have heard some horror stories.
I am three months post my first Sculptra treatment from a qualified surgeon with no complications. I am 33 years old and need more correction but have firmly decided not to continue with Sculptra due to the more irreversible nature of the product. I want to proceed with hyaluronic acid fillers instead. However, I have been told by another good surgeon that I should wait at least a year after sculptra to avoid complications. I would love to hear professional opinions on this. Thank you in advance!
