With these products, there is unfortunately no specific enzyme with proven efficacy in reversing the effects as there is hyaluronidase for treating HA filler issues. Fortunately, I have had gratifying results in treating both Sculptra and Radiesse problems using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents.
