What can be done to achieve a slimmer appearance 3 months after Sculptra? (photos)

I had 2 vials of sculptra 12wks ago. I lost 100lbs naturally 3yrs ago which resulted in more prominent nasolabial folds, however, I still had a full face. Just more definition. Sculptra has made my face so chubby, folds actually look worse, and my cheek definition is gone. I’m 5’4” and 140lbs I don’t think I could lose much more weight to fix this. My face looks like it did when I was 240lbs. I’m so depressed. I know sculptra is not reversible, but is there anything I can do to slim my face?
