More About KybellaI got my first injection of Kybella today. I bought a Groupon because it was a really good price - $1000 for two vials. The dr put numbing cream on, waited 20 minutes then began the injections. The first injection did not hurt at all and I was thinking "yes, you got this...it's not going to...
I'm very happy I decided to get Kybella. I had a pretty small amount of adipose tissue in my chin so I only needed 1 vial. The procedure was a bit painful but not super bad. TBH it felt more like the pain of pulling a muscle to me more than anything. I was swollen pretty badly for a couple days...
Hi, just got my injections yesterday. Since it was not super fatty, they said I only needed one vial. It hurt (not excruciating but uncomfortable). I’m very sore today, mild bruising. She said I’d be swollen for two weeks, and numb for three weeks. She said not to judge it before four weeks. So ...
I sought out Dr. Chaplik after noticing a perisitent double chin I could not get rid of. Wasn’t big enough that would require surgery so I sought an alternative, Kybella. Dr. Chaplik was very upfront with me about the procedure and what to expect. The results do very, but I didn’t have the tim...

I was so indecisive about this procedure as I read some bad things about it. I went ahead and am 5 weeks post and it looks so bad and worse than before. I am not sure what do. I have a follow up next week but I am so heartbroken that my chin looks so bad. I actually loved my chin line before and...
Always been self conscious of my jowls and lack of chin/jawline definition so I decided to give kybella a try. Injected 15 times in the small fatty pocket under my chin, doctor did not want to go up the jawline as there is an increased risk of hitting a nerve. The treatment itself was quick and...
I had kybella about 6 weeks ago. Still have residual swelling, the right side of my lip went completely flaccid due to the nerve being affected by the swelling. It has been a very annoying recovery and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Save the money and have liposuction done. It has less d...
