Dr. Bentkover was fantastic to work with. He spent a great deal of time explaining the pros and cons and what to expect during the procedure. He took photos and brought them up on computer screens so we could review. We discussed various sizing options and what would suit my facial features best. He really understands each and every patients wants and needs and his goal is 100% satisfaction. The office is very professional and Dr. B is a very warm and welcoming person. I came back 2 weeks after my consultation for the injection. The medical assistant stood with me the entire time and gave me an ice pack for my neck, as I became a bit nervous 1/2 way through. Dr. B stopped the injections and gave me a few minutes to lay back and the medical assistant continued to ensure I was doing OK and was comfortable. Once my nerves settled down, we continued the injections until Dr. B was satisfied we had reached our projected outcome. I took a look in the mirror and was extremely happy with my results. I was given detailed instructions on how to take care of my lips over the next few days, and what to expect in the coming weeks. Dr B ensures he is always readily available to his patients via phone/email, in the event of any questions, concerns, or reactions from the injection. He is humble, passionate, and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a true artist. Injections are not something to be done just anywhere; you want to ensure you choose a licensed professional with extensive experience and an eye for beauty. There are numerous things that could go wrong during this type of procedure, so choosing the right Doctor is vital to your outcome.
What a great and thorough review, thank you! Can you post some pics too? It's helpful for others in the community who are considering the same procedure to see real results from people who have "been" there, you know?
It's interesting that the bumps lessen throughout the day - what do you think is the cause?
Regarding the pain during the injection, could you have had a dental block?
