Love My New Figure!

I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ekstrom and I am thrilled with my results! I selected Mentor Mod Plus Silicone implants (375/350 asymmetry) placed subglandular due to my mildly tuberous breast shape. I was potentially considering a lift as well, but my results are so wonderful I do not need the lift! Dr. Ekstrom is patient, has a wonderful bedside manner, was realistic and transparent when discussing patient/surgeon expectations. She is clearly a very experienced, talented surgeon with almost 2000 BAs under her belt. My post surgical discomfort was minimal, I was back to work in 5 days. I have minimal soreness at my incision sites (inframmary) and have achieved the symmetry, volume and fullness I have always wanted. I couldn't be more happy and would highly recommend Dr. Ekstrom to anyone considering breast augmentation.

Feeling really good, much better than I ever anticipated. Managing mild discomfort with Tylenol as needed. Drove a little bit today. Think I will be ready for return to work by Tuesday. Post op appt scheduled Wed am. Noticed some bruising above right side incision today. Will keep an eye on it and call PS if it worsens. Love seeing my new figure in my clothes and how much better I fill everything out, as well as how much better proportioned I am overall. Best decision ever!

Dr. Ekstrom will be performing my BA. She has been fabulous from day 1. I was referred by both my Internal Medicine and ObGyn, she has an outstanding reputation in the Worcester medical community. I have the utmost confidence based on looking at her previous pts pics, reviews, experience, reputation and ultimately, consulting with her. She has a wonderful bedside manner, patience ( answering countless questions) and has given me a balanced, realistic surgical expectation based on my particular situation and my personal surgical goals. I love that although I might need a lift, she recommended trying just the BA first and then waiting 6 mos - 1 year to see the result before making that decision. Clearly, she could have said sure lets do it all. I love her conservative approach. To me this is the hallmark of a surgeon who truly cares about her pts and not just making $. I am thrilled and am confident in a wonderful surgical result. To be continued......
