I hate how I look

I'm so depressed over how bad my body looks. When I first got the implants I was excited and I think the swelling provided a little much needed cleavage, but now I look horrible. My main reason for getting implants was to look better in clothes. I always wanted to wear low cut dresses and shirts and not have to worry about wearing a bra cause I would have some cleavage but this definitely isn't what happened. I tried to stay positive because I figured they would get better with time and if not my doctor would just fix them, but I have massaged them daily for 6 months with no improvement and when I went to go see my doctor today he dismissed my concerns, said they looked fine and left it at that. So I'm pretty much stuck like this until I can save up to go see someone else for a revision. I literally can't stop crying. I went to the mall to try on clothes and I look ridiculous. It's just flat in the middle and they pop out of the sides. The crappy thing about having a refund gap is that you don't actually get a refund. At the time I decided to do this I was working at a job that only paid 9 dollars an hour and I worked so hard to save up for this which makes me even more upset that I look so bad. I look bad in swimsuits, low cut clothing and tank tops. They look okay when I'm naked but I didn't really have much of a problem with how I looked naked to begin with.

Hey girl, I feel like we're in the same boat. I wish I've gone about 100cc more and did the ultra high profile. You look great. Your breast looks super natural and real. Have you tried using the sticky strapless bra's? They'll give u such an amazing cleavage on those lowcut vneck shirts and dresses :)

Are they the silicone ones? I haven't tried those since I got the implants but if these are the ones you're talking about I believe they clip together in the front so I don't think I could wear them under a low cut dress. What size did you get? Yours seem to be pretty close together.

Hi, don't be upset, you look so natural. One thing you need to know is that your nipples are born to be far apart from each other based on ur before pics. And PS has to put the center of each implant under the nipple, that's why u didn't get cleverage u want. The larger implants may help but u will of course look fake. Hope u can find some bras to help to get clevarege u want and enjoy ur natural beautiful new girls!

Well that is something my doctor should've explained to me before the surgery. I told him having a gap was a concern I had and he told me that wouldn't be an issue. They do look okay in a bra but I didn't spend thousands of dollars to have to wear a bra. That defeats the purpose of getting the implants in the first place. When I was an A I could wear a 60 dollar bombshell bra and get great cleavage but I couldn't wear backless dresses, very low cut dresses or swimsuits and that problem is why I decided to get the implants.

I know this may not help much but I actually LOVE your look! I think it's extremely sexy to have a gap there that is very natural and not look like implants... I would only consider implants if I could maintain this natural space. I have a wide chest wall as well and I prefer smaller, perky breasts so that I can wear low-cut things and feel sexy but not feel self-conscious. I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone views things differently, but personally I think you look perfect and amazing for your frame - I would not change a thing!!!

I appreciate y'all tryinging to make me feel better but this is definitely not the look I was going for. I don't think two balls sitting on opposite sides of my chest with a huge gap in between looks natural at all. I told my dr every single time that I did not want them far apart. My two biggest fears was them coming out too big and fake looking and having a refund gap. He grabbed my boobs and brought them about 3/4 of an inch together where there was a little cleavage and said they'll come to here and I said oh good the last thing I want is a refund gap then he smashed them together like a push up bra would and said "well you don't want them like this do you" and I told him no that what he showed me before was nice. Maybe if he had spent less time joking around and more time actually listening to what I had to say I wouldn't be in this predicament.

Yes those ones. I guess ur right, u cant wear them with a very lowcut shirt because it'll show.... but they will totally give u pretty cleavage with a vneck top...
I got 345cc srf i'm at a month and couole days post op. So they're slowly dropping, and now I'm kind of wishing I went bigger... theres still a gap with mine but its not so wide because my PS said that i already have a natural cleavage to begin with and my sternum isn't wide. But it sucks because I'm thinking of getting it redone in maybe 3-4yrs and go bigger naybe 450HP

Everything has healed up nicely. My scars have smoothed out a lot and the girls are getting a little jiggle to them. I'm a little disappointed at the placement. They're so far apart not even a bombshell bra will bring them together. I pictured myself wearing super lowcut dresses and having a little cleavage but when I do that I still look flat chested from the front :/ I think they look nice when I'm naked though! Unfortunately I can't walk around in public like that :P

I think they look great! I suspect mine will look very similar - mine were wide-spaced before hand. and other than going really big, I didn't see a way around that? hahaha, I also think mine look best naked, and since I'm in like day 3 of recovery, I pretty much am walking around in my underwear... but I guess i'll have to change that :)

I honestly think you look great! Aside from how you were feeling with them being "apart" I'm wondering if the size is good for you. I am flat chested and looking at getting 275 cc done.
