I had a beautiful little girl almost 2 years ago and nursed for a year, I had saline under the muscle implants 330s filled to 360R/380L. They deflated after breastfeeding for a year, none of my bras fit. I really wanted them to be pretty and perky again.
I went to Dr. Ayman Hakki for the revision, he suggested that I did not need a lift but only an implant exchange. After a lot of back and forth we settled on 600cc high profile silicone.
The staff was AMAZING on surgery day in felt so at home and comfortable. Since this was my second breast augmentation and the muscle had been stretched recovery has been amazing, very little pain. I also started taking the Vitamediac recovery vitamins 2 weeks pre op which may have helped. I feel great.
