I Would Give Dr Caloca and His Staff 10 Stars if I Could!
WORTH IT$3,500
I had vaginoplasty and labiaplasty done by Doctor Caloca Jr and a board certified gynecologist today. I had gotten a quote of $3500 dollars last year, Dr Caloca was willing to honor it, even though the cost of the procedures is slightly higher now.
From the start to the end, Dr Caloca was quickly responsive to my emails. He set up my hotel reservation at Lucerna Hotel. Which is right across the street from his clinic. I was given a discounted rate as one of his patients. The hotel is very nice. He also set up boarder crossing transportation for me, to and from the San Diego airport. He made my trip easy, safe and comfortable.
He has strict safety procedures set in place to combat the Coronavirus. He is only taking one patient per day so you get over the top service! The clinic is nice, and very clean.
He is very personable and friendly. He explains everything thoroughly. He called me at the hotel the night before my procedure to go over any questions with me. He and his assistant drove me back to my hotel, after several hours of resting at the clinic. They had a wheel chair waiting to take me back to my room. He then called me a few hours later to make sure that I was doing well.
This was my fourth and best time traveling to Tijuana for a cosmetic procedure. Dr Caloca has a very nice father/son ran clinic. It was by far the best service that I have received. I will return to him in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a plastic surgeon.
I'm only on night one of my recovery and I have had very little pain to this point. I was given an epidural and sedation for the operation. I've been able to walk around with little pain ever since the epidural wore off. Dr Caloca's staff filled my medications for me before I returned to the hotel. I have an antibiotic and pain killer and arnica tablet that I think will be very efficient for my recovery. As for my results, they look perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. It's very early though and I will update on the final results in about 8 weeks when I'm fully recovered.

2 days post op
I’m doing well this morning. I wanted to state that yesterday was pretty uncomfortable! I was traveling back home. My flight was delayed so I spent a lot of time walking and sitting at the airport. I’m sure I have some swelling so sitting, standing, walking, everything was hard to do comfortably. I wanted to add this so I wasn’t misleading anyone to think that vaginoplasty and labiaplasty were painless procedures. Expect at least one day of pain! Lol Still it was nothing unbearable and I would say that my pain has gone from a 7 yesterday to a 2 today. Since I’m only a couple of days post op, I would say that’s pretty good! :)
