Vaginoplasty with Botched Hemorrhoid Removal

WORTH IT
I had a Vaginoplasty and Hemorrhoid removal by dr. Giannoulias. The Vaginoplasty is mostly good, but he should Never have touched the Hemorrhoid as he simply doesn't have the experience to treat this area. I am 3 months post op of this failed Hemorrhoid removal, I still have a wound that is 1 inch deep by 1 cm wide at the entrance of my anus, going into my rectum. He was WAY too aggressive, and this Hemorrhoid wasn't treated properly as there is still a bulging vein at the beginning on my wound. It's a ln absolute mess. My colorectal surgeon told me it's a very large wound, and the Hemorrhoid was not successfully treated. He has ruined my life for the past 3 months. Did I mention I needed to call 911 just 24hrs after surgery to be put on morphine due to my anal wound? I thought my body was shutting down I was in so much unbearable pain. I have told him what he did to me and then he gaslights me and tells me I created this wound through constipation. Are you kidding me? Post operative care is non-existent. He truly doesn't care at all about his patients. I would not recommend dr. Giannoulias at all. Most of his staff are very friendly, but it's not worth dealing with him. Like I said, he has ruined my life, I'm still trying to heal this wound. I cannot work, and I'm in chronic pain. Oh, and I paid an additional 500$ to add on the Hemorrhoid removal procedure. Salt in the wound...

Here are two different angles taken at 4 months post op. I still experience a lot of pain in my anus, almost 24/7. When my anal wound heals completely (who knows when that will be) I will have to have an additional procedure to remove the tags that have developed, (yay, more pain).
All in all, the vaginoplasty is about 8/10. It looks nicer, is tighter, but my perineum was stitched too high, and penetration is very difficult even 4 months post op. Not sure how to stretch this out, so that it wont hurt anymore.
Ill be booking an appmt with pelvic floor therapist so maybe she can give me suggestions.
In terms of post op care, With dr. G, it is my experience that there will be none. Especially if you come to him with concerns about your results.
Read his reviews on real self and rate my MD, and make your decision as to whether this is the surgeon for you. Good luck ladies.

Any before after results? I've had hemorrhoid removal 3 years ago.
If you can i would like to see results and I would ask you advice for myself with a picture as well.. I'm a mother of three now .
Hubby had a vasectomy years back , can't wait to be " active " again lol
