Final Update

Okay so it’s been a few months and I can tell you without the slightest hint of hesitation that .......... IT WAS A COMPLETE SUCCESS!!!
Dr. Reed preforms miracles and I 100% recommend everyone to go to him for your vaginal procedures.
The toll giving birth has on our bodies is immense and many of us have been led to believe that’s just the price we have to pay for motherhood. Well that’s no longer the case. The vaginal rejuvenation surgery allows us to reclaim our youthfulness and vigor. We don’t have to feel insecure about being loose and ugly down there, we don’t have to accept urinary incontinence and we most definitely don’t have to accept being left sexually unsatisfied for the rest of our lives. Ladies get the procedure. Figure out the financial part if you have to but get it done. Do it for yourself. Do it for your health, do it for your marriage but just do it! You will not regret it.
Recovery is similar to a vaginal birth with a tear. You will be swollen, bruised, bleeding and possibly constipated for up to 6 weeks. It won’t be easy but it is totally manageable and in the end instead of a baby you get a new lease on your sex life. So it’s worth it.
Now to the juicy details....
It took about 2 weeks for my husband to achieve full penetration. The first week it was just the head then it felt like he hit a wall. It was amazing to be that tight again. After the 2 weeks he fits but it’s uncomfortable— in a good way obviously. Now, I have to be wet for it to slide in with the perfect amount of grip and resistance. I fit my husband perfectly and I absolutely love it!
He’s a happy camper as well.
The apex machine is okay. You can definitely feel the contractions when it is in correctly and on the right setting for you. I’ve tried it a few times but it’s pretty painful to insert even with the lube/ gel stuff. The material it’s made of is pretty rigid so I don’t really like it. It does work though so give it a try.
I’ve attached 2 pictures ... I didn’t shave but you get the idea of how tight I am.. One finger width for sure.. that picture was about 3 months post op.

Getting better everyday

Things are going well. At my post op the Dr. said everything looks fine and that my concerns are just swelling and bruising. I’m feeling good and my pain is controlled with ibuprofen. I over did the activity yesterday and I had a small amount of bright red blood on my liner so I’m being more cautious and taking it easy.

Swelling and another problem ????

This may be TMI but I’m being completely honest about my recovery. While the swelling is getting better, I now have a huge hemorrhoid. I’ve never heard anyone mention this side effect in their reviews so just beware. I’m still taking my muscles relaxers and toradol as prescribed plus icing the area. Also I’m using tucks pads... a lot of them. Anyways, the pain and swelling is manageable. I have one area on my labia which concerns me but I’ll ask about that on Monday at my post op. Appointment.
