I'm 17 months post primary, and 10 months post revision. and have been left with a botched rhinoplasty by mr tahery

inverted v deformity
deviated septum (was straight before)
bones need closing
scar needs cutting out as its a mess

I went to transform medical who are offering me a 3rd op with a different surgeon waseem saeed, I cant find much, if anything on here in way of reviews for rhinoplasty with him, I'm worried I'm going to make the same mistake again, always told myself I would only consider ion for revision but unfortunately don't have a spare £9k!

if anyone has or knows anyone with any info re this can you please let me know thanks xx

Thank god you arnt letting him have a third attempt!! I hope you get the result you are wanting. What a bloody nightmare for you. I've not heard of the surgeon you've mentioned but 9k for ion that's gone up in price!!! Maybe because he gets a lot of revisions and he knows people will pay. Good luck babes x

Thank you, and Tahery has been restricted to practice in private He can only do nhs stuff as he's under inverstigation. As you can see I've had to change my profile as he has unlinked himself from any bad reviews on here. Very worrying! X

He's disgusting!!! One after another of bad results and he still carried on taking money after ruining so many lives. I've seen a few good results but the bad ones deffo out way the good. Wonder why it took so long to stop him. I still don't think he should be working NHS for rhinoplastys he should stick to ears. Least if he bodges them they can be hidden. Hope you get yours sorted soon [RS bleep]

Have you found anything further on the new surgeon ? Did he seem confident he could resolve it? Does he propose correcting via open or closed approach x

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I know money doesn't just fall out of the sky, but I CAN tell you that your nose is worth it. It seems you have much work to be done, which really will require a specialist. Have you considered asking for a full or partial refund from the original surgeon and then transfer it over to the surgeon of your choice?

I think you look really lovely in this photo and wouldn't even think that your nose is bad but like you say if you've been through two surgerys and paid a lot of money you need to feel happy about yourself. Xx

I agree completely. What needs to be done to rectify this? Do you require a graft of some sort? Or the bridge being made narrower? I think your eyebrows are amazing by the way xx

Hi marley, If its anything like mine (and it looks like mine) then bones need rebreaking and filing and bringing together, grafts, and possibly more. Mine needs a septoplasty as well and tip work as mine is bent. Sadly his refusal to admit the issues/fix it appropriately with me means i now have to pay £9000 to get it fixed. I really hope this is not the case for her :'(

Hey ! Have you got any side pics? It's s massive improvement and it compliments your face. Wouldn't say there's s bump as such do you think it may just be a bit of swelling? By the way you suit your blonde hair x
