Horrible Results from Septoplasty/rhinoplasty
nicoleeeeee7November 15, 2018
This review is solely based on the outcome of the surgery performed by Dr. Sultan in December 2017.
My surgery has resulted in the need for right around 10k worth of functional and cosmetic revisions. Dr. Sultan has left me with collapsed nasal valves and an inverted v deformation (as diagnosed by two of Baltimore’s top rated Dr.’s)
My nose is now noticeably crooked with an unsightly C shape on one side, an improperly rasped bridge and saddle humps.
Dr. Sultan is NOT a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and I believe it is apparent in my results.
I understand there are risks involved in any plastic surgery and one can not expect perfection but I truly believe at least two areas of concern are from either his inexperience or mistakes made on the operating table and not from improper healing.
He did offer to do the revision at minimal costs (facility fee and anesthesiologists fee) but I can’t imagine trusting him with a revision after looking at the results from the first surgery.
Please in making the decision for a plastic surgeon make sure their name is included on the American society of Plastic surgeons website. Dr. Sultans name is not.
I would be happy to share photos of my before and after if you’d like to see them.

I am adding a picture taken a couple of weeks ago to show the crooked tip after my rhinoplasty with Dr. Sultan 12/28
Frontal view with the bridge damage after surgery with Dr. Sultan 12/28
The worst pictures are taken in outdoor natural light. I will update to show the full horridness of the bridge.

So upset with my results. I’d give anything to have my original nose back! The ONLY thing corrected was my deviated septum. Everything else is a truly nightmare that you can’t wake up from! Run from this doctor!!
