Tertiary Rhinoplasty - There is a Good Reason Why Dr. Most is a World-renowned Revision Rhinoplasty Surgeon
Though I’m heavily influenced by reviews to guide my purchasing decisions I’ve never felt compelled to leave one. Dr. Most is my one exception and for good reason.
Some quick backstory to set the stage. I’m a late 20s male that severely broke my nose back in college while playing basketball. I was left with a deviated septum but luckily no breathing issues. Being young and dumb, I sought a “functional” rhinoplasty from a local ENT surgeon which left me with an under projected bridge and a visibly protruding tip graft.
Continuing down the young and dumb path, I sought a revision from the same surgeon only to receive an even worse outcome (just trust that it was bad).
Fast forward a few years to when I was a bit older, equally as dumb, but financially independent, I decided to give it the old college try and get a Tertiary rhinoplasty.
This time I promised myself I wouldn’t make make the same mistake and went on an 8-month long search for an expert in revision rhinoplasty. I won’t bore you with the details but I consulted with no less than 12 surgeons across LA, Dallas, San Francisco, and Miami.
Dr. Most impressed me the most for a handful of reasons which I’ll list here. 1) he was the most down-to-earth, caring, and compassionate surgeon I met with. He didn’t “sell” me on anything and simply laid out in clear detail what to expect. 2) he was the only one that worked with me on the computer generated results. He actually edited them a few times based on my input. Most other surgeons just emailed me renderings that looked completely unrealistic. 3) I believe he has the best public portfolio of patient results 4) *bonus round* he was actually the most affordable. I say bonus round because I was willing to pay whatever it took to fix me, cost didn’t factor into my decision.
To finish my review, the outcome was incredible! I’m still less than a year out from the surgery but am over the moon with the results! He far exceeded the computer generated images and made me look better than I did before I even broke my nose. He was also able to do all this while maintaining a natural and unoperated look (this was a HUGE factor that I took into consideration when making my decision).
