I had back surgery in November 2014. In September I was given the okay to go back to activities at 100%. Well a good look in the mirror showed me the 12 lbs that I had gained and the muscle mass I have lost. Breast look great, but abdominal region is horrible. As you can see in the before and after pics Dr. Stanley Castor did a great job.

When did you have lipo?

The appointment has changed to the 19th of October

Jill81 two questions. How can I change the "not worth it " to " don't know"? Haven't had the procedure yet. Also, I was looking for the guide to help me prep and didn't find any. Can you direct me to them? Thanks

Looks like you figured out how to change it to "not sure"- here is a resource roundup and a link to our guides.  It all lives in the main lipo community :)

Jill81. Still not able to change the not worth it. :(. I'm using the real self app. That might be the reason then since I can't see the hyperlink to guides.

Right now it is set at "not sure" which is different than "not worth it".  You won't be able to change this until after your surgery date.  After you have surgery you can change it to "worth it" or "not worth it", although I'd recommend waiting until most of your healing is done.

Second time! Back to Stanley Castor to fix what...

Second time! Back to Stanley Castor to fix what 10 months of inactivity has done. My consultation with Dr. Castor was as awesome as ever, he's friendly, he answered all my questions and we had to giggle or two based on how I think I messed up is excellent work from before. I'll pay pics from before mommy make over, after, now later today

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
