After having two children I had lost most of my muscle mass and had major sagging. After the surgery I now have breasts like I was 20 years old again. Like most breast implants I now wish I would've went a little bigger but I am very happy! Dr. Gayoso treated me like a VIP patient and made me feel very comfortable.
