i have always had a small chest but larger hips, always felt like a woman down the bottom but a teenager on top. Wanted a natural look and to have some cleavage. I spoke to a lot of girlfriends that had it done and that were a similar size to me, all their implants were less than 300cc. I made an appointment with Dr Mark Kohout in Sydney and had a consultation 2 months ago. He picked up my slight scoliosis straight away which gave me so much confidence in him, after i discussed my desired look he recommended 280cc teardrop implants. i booked my surgery in that day!

My surgery time was 7:30am, all of the staff at the day surgery were really nice
The anesthesiologist Dr Anna Pedersen was so lovely and gentle. When i woke up in recovery my boobs were out but i had a compression bandage sitting on top, i wasnt in any pain but my chest felt very tight. The tea and biscuits i ate tasted so good haha. As i continued to wake up more Dr Kohout came in and said everything went very well with no complications. I started to feel a bit sorer as time went on so i was given an endone tablet before being released at around midday.

Hi , I'm loving your journey. I had my BA on August 3rd. 285cc Silicone Overs. Similar stats. I'm a week today post op and wrestling with size issues as they seem smaller now the swelling has gone down. You look fantastic

How are you feeling after a week? i ventured out to the chemist tonight to buy laxatives and leaving the house and driving was all a bit overwhelming. I think its because i couldn't take any pain meds this afternoon so i could drive. I totally think i will have boob greed too! im hoping after a couple of months mine will join forces and make cleaveage hehe

I'm feeling pretty good considering. I did struggle a little first few days but I think it was just frustration. I also have boob greed but I'm trying to reason with myself I now have a lot more than I used to have ...

I am surprised that its easy for me to move around, trying not to do too much as i have some bruising around the incisions (i bruise quite easily normally). Pain has been pretty minimal, boons feel really hard and my nipples look like torpedos haha. Really liking the size, they dont look too big so i am happy. I have to keep the compression bandage on until my follow-up appointment 7 days post-op. I had some weird burning pain in my left breast on and off for an hour today then an ache in my left arm which i think wss just referral pain but that hasnt happened again. Sleeping sitting upright is the most annoying thing but ill have to get used to it

You are looking great! I'm almost a month post op (255 cc silicone round) and like you I experienced barely any pain at all, I guess we are a few of the lucky ones haha. Hope you keep us posted!

Thank you, i think we are the lucky ones. My bruising makes it look really bad but hardly no pain at all. Can't wait to see how mine look in 1 months time
