My experience with Dr kohout and his assistant were amazing. Dr kohout was very happy to answer all of my questions and was very realistic and reassuring. He made me feel safe knowing that he would give me the results I wanted while making sure I was safe during surgery and post op. His assistant Anke was a literal dream. I could not be happier with her work. She was always there to help me and answer all of my questions. She was there for me before during and after my procedure. Coming from someone who was very picky and nervous about surgery, I would definitely recommend !!
Dr Kohout was very professional. Anke help throughout the whole process was second to none. I am so happy with the results of my surgery. I highly recommend Dr Kohout and his team. I had treatment in a private facility and was treated with good care.
Dr Kohout was very respectful and made me feel at ease. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the surgery I had and he was available for questions when I needed as well. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my abdominoplasty.
I can’t recommend Dr Kahout enough!! From my first consultation till my 6 month follow up he was just so caring and helpful and answered all my questions. Very trustworthy and I could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to help. I needed a full tummy tuck and was quite nervous but Dr Kahout was just so real and really honest with everything. Oh and my results… AMAZING. Better than I could have dreamed!
My overall experience one week after surgery has been superb. From the first consult Dr Kohout was eager to provide quality, his intital consultation was clear and easy to understand from procedure to cost. Had my old implants removed,a breat lift and implants. The morning of the procedure Dr Kohout came in eager and ready to go. I Left the hospital same day feeling fine. The next day I was tired with little discomfort only needing panadene for relief, I found my back a little sore not my Breasts. One week on and I’m driving bandages are off, with a little surgical tape still on the cuts. I’m so happy with my decision to choose Dr Mark Kohout for my procedure. Don’t worry just do it,your in the best hands with Dr Mark Kohout.
I had abdominoplasty by Dr Kohout 5 days ago and couldn’t fault a thing! Dr Mark Kohout made me feel so comfortable from consultation, the morning of the surgery and my entire hospital stay until now, he was always so friendly, informative and honest. The scar from the abdominoplasty is so low, even and neat. Truly so much better than I’d ever anticipated, I am honestly amazed by his work! I wouldn’t change a single thing! He was always so professional and really put in the effort to make sure he had the perfect outcome. You can truly tell his heart is in his profession and he is damn good at it. I’d never go to another surgeon and I’d never ever recommend someone else. Katie, Dr Kohout’s personal assistant has been ever so lovely and informative from the get go! A phonecall a few hours after the consultation to make sure I had all my questions answered, to replying to my ever ending emails quickly, nicely and answering every question to a tee! She is truly remarkable at her job. Elizabeth Liz was the amazing anaesthetist, she was hilarious, friendly, professional and comforting. Fantastic bedside manner and fantastic at her job! Dr Mark Kohout operated out of Hunters Hill Hospital and the staff were brilliant. I have never been so looked after by so many beautiful souls. I was so emotional when coming out of the anaesthetic after theatre and one of the theatre nurses, Andrew, sat with me and talked with me until I was no longer upset, even having the kind heart to pop his head into my room the next day to see how I was doing. It’s the little things like this that truly make a hospital stay so much better! The nurses in the ward, special mention to Catherine, Yokusa**, Dee, Lisa, Mel, Jenny and a few others who I’ve since forgotten their names. They were so so so flawless. Truly amazing ladies who love their jobs, had the best bedside manner, were ever so kind, comforting, funny, friendly, helpful and sympathetic. I knew I was well looked after in their care and will never forget how well they treated me. Let’s not forget the stunning receptionist either, extremely helpful and kind! Amazing faces of the hospital. I will always recommend not only Dr Kohout as the brilliant surgeon that he is but Hunters Hill Private Hospital.
I've recently turned 20 years old and decided it was time to have my breast fixed. They started off as an F cup until I lost around 20kgs last year and I lost all volume and they became very low, saggy and uncomfortable. I have NEVER had confidence when it comes to my body but this is the best decision I have ever made, im happier and more confident than ever. Updated on 10 Aug 2017: It has now been 7 days since my breast lift and augmentation. I am still very tender and sleeping is difficult but the pain is nothing like I was imagining! The first 3 days were the worst for me, I was feeling sick from all of the medication and feeling a lot of pressure on my chest. The bruising is still pretty bad and I'll have my dressing changed today, looking forward to seeing what's under them! ( RE the pictures, keep in mind they look a lot worse than they feel and one side is still much more swollen than the other ) Although the experience was uncomfortable it wasn't anywhere near as painful as I thought it would be. I would recommend this to any woman who is struggling with her confidence when it comes to her breasts. After one week I already can't wait to wear my first tight top! And I'm out and about too, ( just don't over work yourself! ) Also anyone who is getting this done should have frozen peas on hand they were my life saver, will post more photos once the dressings are off and scars are starting to fade :) Updated on 12 Sep 2017: It's almost been 6 weeks since my breast lift and Aug, they look a little un-even in this photo but they aren't in person. I'm loving them, the pain is completely gone now except for sleeping ( rolling around and stuff ) but my scaring is getting better already. 100 percent worth it, it's changed my whole upper body. I would recommend this procedure for anyone struggling with their breast size, I can wear Bikinis!!
Breastfeeding obviously kills your boobs, missed having nice round boobs. A BA was in order. Saw a Plastic Surgeon in Broadway Sydney. My cousin and friend were happy with this Surgeon and the results. Consultation day I was still was undecided as to what I wanted. He recommended 450cc Mod Profile. I'm 5"11 72kgs 12C. On the day of surgery I decided to go 505cc High Profile. No regrets. I paraded around my home in 505cc rice sizes I made up. So was confident with my end decision. This would take me to a 12DD.
Good bye saggy/ deflated bobs!!! I'm 5'3 and 52 kg. I'm going tear drop, dual plane, moderate profile 350-390cc ( depending on the surgeons opinion at the time of the procedure) I used to be a D cup prior to having children, with each child I went down a size. I'm hoping for a full natural looking C cup. My biggest fear is that they will be too big or look "[RS bleep] fake" Updated on 24 Nov 2016: Updated on 12 Dec 2016: Only 3 more sleeps... Getting very excited. Any last minute tips or suggestions ladies? Updated on 15 Dec 2016: The day had finally arrived. I arrived at clinic calm and relaxed, which was very surprisingly. The procedure went well. So happy my new boobs already. PS opted to put in 395cc implants. Pain level is sitting about 4/10 with meds and 7/10 when meds wear off, but in all honesty not as bad as I had expected. Ice packs have been very soothing as breasts feel very very hot. I dont like the dizzy spells and nausea side effects of the meds. Just about to head to bed, so hopefully will sleep well ( sleeping elevated doesn't sound appealing ) Updated on 15 Dec 2016: Slept well and feeling ok today. Reduced the pain meds and keeping up the ice packs Updated on 16 Dec 2016: Feeling much better today, off pain meds and had a shower. Updated on 18 Dec 2016: Updated on 18 Dec 2016: Updated on 22 Dec 2016: One dropping faster than the other, but went for my follow up visit yesterday and nurse said that's normal. I feel like I've turned a corner pain wise ( not as tight across chest) Updated on 30 Dec 2016: Been over doing it the past few days and am now paying for it, fee like I've taken 2 steps back. Had to change dressing and saw scar for first time( pretty happy) Still feeling bloated in tummy Updated on 16 Jan 2017: Coming along nicely, they are very soft and am I'm happy with the size and shape. I even got the "puppies" out at the beach this week. I must admit I was very self conscious to start with, as I'm still getting used to my new curves. UPDATE: •still experiencing "morning boob" ( but each day getting slightly better) • still have to sleep on my back ( which I'm struggling with as I'm a tummy sleeper) • still wearing sports bras , will go get fitted for a bra next week •If I do anything like cleaning bathroom, cutting hard vegetables, or lifting in a strange direction then I'm pretty achey afterwards. • still got patches of numbness over the breast tissue and experience the occasional nervy stabbing pain I've been a bit fed up this week. After 4 weeks I wasn't expecting to still have any pain or restrictions. It's just seems to be taking so long. But in saying that I'm happy with the results and would definitely say it's worth it. I'm not back to work for another 2 weeks ( so glad I took 6 weeks off as I don't feel I could preform my physical job without hurting myself at the moment) Updated on 26 Jan 2017: I went for a bra fitting and I was shocked to discover that I had gone from 10c (32c) to 10f (32f) I don't feel like I'm that big. Im very happy with the proportion to the rest of my body. Most of my clothes still fit me ...just better. Updated on 27 Jan 2017: Updated on 6 Feb 2017: Updated on 6 Feb 2017: Updated on 6 Feb 2017: Updated on 1 Mar 2017: Went back to gym, yoga, swimming and running 3 weeks ago.... took it very slow and steady. But now am feeling about 90-95% pre op fitness. Mornings boob no longer hurts except when turning from side sleeping to back from time to time. ( have given up on any hope of ever tummy sleeping again lol ) . Still got numbness under left areole. Went and bought a few nice new bras... was secretly hoping have gone down to E cup ... but still measuring 10F... how funny are we when we put "a"number to our bodies???? Lol I love the way I'm filling out my old clothes and how confident I feel wearing new ones.
Hi all i wanted to write a quick review on my experience with breast implants! Had my first surgery done in June 2014 in Thailand went from a 10aa to a 10c had 250 cc left and 225 cc right moderate plus unfortunately i had some bad luck and ended up with a high riding implant in my right boob had other issues with the shape and the incision scar was to far down on my ribs cage which meant it was visable in in two piece togs i was also unhappy with the size and the wide cleavage and i also had a existing nipple asymmetry lower by 1 1/2 cm so basically had one nice looking boob n the other with a mixture on things i didn't like about it, was very unhappy with my results! So after a few consultations here in brisbane i decided to have Dr mark Kohout do my reversion surgery July 2015 he upsized me to 360 high profile both sides! i can not speak highly enough about his work im 100% happy with my results now i had talked to several surgeon who all recommend a nipple lift but decide i could live with it if it was evened out as much as possible and Dr kohout did exactly that he fixed everything i was unhappy with and has given me great results
Most patients will see 90% of their ultimate liposuction results with in one to three months after surgery. For the first few weeks after surgery there is postoperative swelling. The rate at which this swelling subsides depends on what surgical technique and method for postoperative care is used. Ultrasonic assisted liposuction (UAL) is associated with prolonged postoperative swelling. When the surgeon’s operative technique uses adits (round holes) that are left open, instead of linear incisions closed with stitches, patients can expect to see 90 % of the ultimate results within four weeks. When the surgeon closes the incisions with stitches, swelling usually resolves within 8 to 12 weeks.
