Beautiful Subtle Work Done on my Lips with Volbella! - Toronto, ON

I got my upper lip enhanced with Juvederm Volbella three days ago. I had wanted a subtle lift and more plumpness in the middle of my lips. I had fillers done before and they never last more than a couple months for me, which makes the cost of the procedure ridiculous (700+ for four months!). I had heard about volbella and that it lasted up to 12 months, and decided this was the filler best suited for me. I did my research and finally booked an appointment with Skinjectibles in the Royal York Hotel. This clinic is affiliated and run with Dr. Jurgenberg, and they charge the same price for ALL their fillers (600 per syringe), including the more expensive volbella. The staff was exceptional and Mirian was amazingly friendly and listened to my request. Because we chose to not use any numbing cream and the injections went primarily into the vermillion border it hurt more than any other procedure I've had done. The first day was embarrassingly swollen and the second day it was bigger on the one side. Finally it looks wonderful and subtle today, the third day after. One thing people need to know about Volbella is that it's meant to enhance natural lips, it doesn't do as much for lip volume or extreme plumpness. I can see why it wouldn't be suitable for much bigger pouts. I love my new lips!!
