Starting Silicone Butt Injections Removal

Hey everyone, so I have surgery August 23rd! My insurance approved the procedure and it took maybe about 4-5 weeks to get my approval. I live in Atlanta so I will be traveling to New York to get my procedure done. My parents live in New York so I will be staying as long as possible to make sure everything is complete. I’m doing my surgery in three stages.
The first stage is the removal on August 23rd. Then the second stage is more removal on August 25! I’m not sure if I have to wear drainage tubes as yet, but I will find out. Then I do my bbl in three months. (That part I’m excited about)
I have been dealing with the coordinator (Colleen) and she is very helpful and informative. I do wish it was the actual doctor that I speak to to calm my nerves but I see him August 19th during my pre-op appointment so I should be ok. I’m just ready to get this journey started and get this silicone OUT!
I’ll update when I complete my pre-op appointment!

So I did round one today at long island jewish hospital, and let me just say the team and the nurses are absolutely the best, I felt well taken care of and they are extremely helpful. Dr.Nik was also very helpful and reassured me every way! He took out ALOT of silicone and that was just the first round. When I woke up from the anesthesia I daw maybe about 6-7 jars full of silicone, but I had ALOT injected over the years!!! I already feel ALOT better and lighter. My skin is a little saggy but its nothing that a butt lift can’t do! I’m very happy that I decided to do this process especially with Dr.Nik and his team! I HIGHLY recommend so far!

Hey ladies, heres more pictures from the first round, I haven’t experienced any pain or swelling.I also didn’t experience to much blood loss either. I actually have a picture of all the silicone that was removed from my buttocks but that may be to graphic. Dr.Nik came this morning as well as his team came and checked on me! Tomorrow..Sep 22, I will be be doing my second round as well as my lift. Oh and alot of you ladies keep asking what insurance I have. I currently have Aetna and it covered the whole procedure! I didn’t have a copay but that can deff vary. It took about two weeks to get my approval back! I cant wait to do my bbl! I hate my butt. Do not ever get silicone injections!!!!

Thank god you are doing good and got this removed successfully. I am in the same boat I also had Aetna and they didn’t approved me I went through hell and kept appealing and they wouldn’t approve me. Bc Dr. Nikfarjam was out of network. I’m in so much pain and getting worse idk what to do. I’m so scared at this point

Looks like he liposuction it? If that's the case I heard that it will not work and can even make it spread
