Septoplasty Surgery

I am not able to put the exact date, I saw dr Osborn 4 years ago (September 17, 2020), I saw him for my wisdom teeth and for a septoplasty on my nose that he claimed he could do. My wisdom teeth came out perfect, I had absolutely no problem with that. My nose was very much messed up. Keep in mind at this time I was 19 years old, I was young. It was only supposed to be a septoplasty appointment, where they fix the nostrils, even them out, to help with your breathing. It started from the day I got the cast off, he wasn’t even at the removal appointment. The last time I saw him was before my surgery, I never saw him again after. As soon as the nurse took the cast off I knew it was messed up. My nostrils were uneven, it was huge, not just from swelling. I balled my eyes out as soon as I saw it.For the next year I had never been so insecure in my entire life, I hated how I looked. I convinced myself that it just needed time, and over time it would form into its shape. I was wrong. It only got worse, the walls inside my left nostril started to cave in and I could barely breathe out of it. Everyday I could feel the walls of my nose touching. My nose was also visibly crooked, worse than it was before, and big. I will attach photos of before, a vision of what it would look like, right after, and 4 years later.
I went to see another nose doctor (a plastic surgeon) and he agreed that my nose needed to be fixed. So I just had surgery on my nose again. I am 23 years old and have had surgery on my nose twice, because someone messed up the first time which really sucks. But I just want to put this out there, because I never did before, and it’s very upsetting and I don’t want anyone to have to go through that.
