Septal-Perforation Nightmare
I had my nose done in the 1980s by a surgeon in New Jersey...I needed 3 surgeries to fix my deviated septum...neither of these surgeries worked and I wound up with a perforated septum. 15 years ago I began experiencing nosebleeds in the miserable winters here. They were few and far between and manageable in the beginning and I never knew that I had a small hole in my septum. As the years went on they got worse, until this January when I wound up in the hospital because I could not stop the bleeding. I had to have a "rhino rocket" forcibly inserted to stop the bleeding. I was determined to seek help for this but several ENT's told me that this was very hard to fix. That's when I found Dr. Undavia.
I am coming up on 2 months post-Septal Perforation surgery and I can’t imagine a surgeon other than Dr. Undavia to have done my surgery. He was straight-forward and confident that he would be able to close the perforation that I had, but he also needed to repair my collapsed valve and straighten the deviated septum as well. He does excellent work and I highly recommend his skill. His staff is very accommodating too and everyone at Princeton Eye and Ear made me feel comfortable in my decision to move ahead with the surgery. Thank you Dr. Undavia for saving my life!!
