Rushed, Poor Final Result

I saw Dr. Portuese for a rhinoplasty a couple of years ago. They only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because his clinical team was wonderful. My initial consult was extremely rushed, maybe ten minutes. I tried to explain the things I didn't like about my nose and he kept saying that he had done hundreds of noses. I was then taken into a separate woman with his Office Manager (?). She began moving my features around on photoshop without talking to him or me about what I was looking for. I will say, the number of surgeries he had performed impressed me, so I went forward with the surgery. As soon as my swelling went down I became aware that my new nose had a scooped look, which is not what I had wanted at all. He broke the bridge down significantly so my tip looks huge in comparison. He also shortened the tip, something we hadn't discussed, and it now has a piggish look. Additionally, the bridge is bumpy under the skin, as if the bone wasn't set right. His bedside manner is terrible, from the second I met him he came across as dismissive and arrogant. I recommend looking elsewhere for any procedures you've had done. He's not an artist.
