Dr. Spies is an amazing surgeon. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his office. He also has really nice and very helpful office staff (Raquel and Alice). I scheduled three consults, all with reputable surgeons, but Dr. Spies was the only one who spent almost the entire consult with me himself. He explained pros/cons of all implants, procedures, etc, himself, and didn't have office staff doing it, which stood out as different from the rest. He probably spent at least an hour with me total himself before he had me talking to office staff about other scheduling questions I may have had. He educated me about the history of implants as well as his own philosophies very thoroughly, which I really appreciated. He respected my questions and made me feel as if I were an important, intelligent part of the decision making process. He was always patient with me. He has a great sense of humor, and above all my results are exactly what I wanted and look amazing even now (4 days post op). He has 29 years of experience doing this, and it shows.
