So far i am so nervous about my upcoming procedure. Ive been wanting a breast augmentation since I was 18 years old. I was 117 lbs, 32A before baby. After 4 kids youngest being 2, i am now 157 lbs from 235 lbs. its a working progress. I will be receiving a Mentor silicone 475cc smooth round. I was going to pick textured teardrop silicone but was advised not to. They said they prefer round cause when u get up it will cause a teardrop shape therefore it is more natural plus teardrop tends to flip then you end up with odd looking babes and will need to have it repaired. They also chose smooth because they said textured is only chosen if you've had a history of contracture!

Hi penny99 i am now post op by 4-1/2 hours. Feeling great just really sleepy. Size wise i have 475cc, cup im not sure yet cause they are swollen. After tge pain subsides im going yo nordstrom to get sized properly but 4 months is the target to really shop for bras. I can shower after 48 hour then i can do a before and after.
