Had Both Silicone and Saline/CHOOSE SALINE!! San Antonio, TX

I first went to see Dr. Lawton as the breast implants that I had were 20 years old and I had problems.Upon meeting Dr. Lawton I knew right away I had made an excellent choice!! He made me feel comfortable and knew right away what was wrong and what he should do. It was agreed that I would get the necessary surgery(due to being encapsulated). We agreed on me getting the silicone implants as I previously had the saline, and thought I might like them better. I had the surgery on Dec. 4th of 2014 and it was a completely successful operation! Dr. Lawton is an expert in his field and cares more about his patient's happiness and satisfaction than he does the money! For Dr. Lawton it is NOT about the money. The fact is that although the operation was so successful I did not achieve the results that I had hoped for with the silicone implants. IMMEDIATELY Dr. Lawton told me that if I wasn't HAPPY he would be willing to operate on me again and change the implants for me to saline and THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE!!!! He explained to me to me that I would need some time to heal- maybe 6 months or so down the road I would be ready. TRUE TO HIS WORD Dr. Lawton operated on me again in Sept. 2015 and took out the silicone implants and put in the saline implants FREE OF CHARGE!!! It was NOT about the money at all, it was just to make me HAPPY!!! He is such an exceptional doctor, and he has such a top-notch staff; I dare you to find another doctor like him!!! he is the most kind, caring, and absolutely expert doctor you will ever encounter. I have had more than 15 surgeries in my life due to many different things. I have never encountered a doctor as perfect as Dr. Lawton. I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased with the results!!!! As far as the difference between the silicone and the saline. Perhaps some may feel that the silicone is a bit more of a natural look and feel, I disagree. If you are looking for more definition and cleavage the saline is the choice to make. The staff at Dr. Lawton's office also needs to be recognized as they are all excellent!! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable and special. You will be in the best possible hands in this office, without a doubt!! This is truly a five star practice in every way!
