Week 7 after BR
Feeling great and happy .I start workout my lower body and also arms and almost don't feel m any pain.my little open incision is finally closed ,what a relief, .
I do have thought one problem when I have my sport bra on i am having some kind of rush and is itching me in try put a loan Vera on it and all kids of stuff so let's hope it will go away

6 weeks after brest reduction
Last night was my first time sleeping on the side I am so happy Cuz my back is so tight when I wake up in the morning that I need a lot of stretching. Also I was first time at the gym only doing button workout and legs and it felt great to be back after 6 weeks.I was wondering when I can start running my next doctor visit is on 26 maj I guess I wait for doctor answer me.
And my first bra size trying and so far looks like really small c that's crazy I am very happy ,I realized when I don't wear bra during the day my scars are healing faster,I had little open spot 2 weeks ago and now is closing up at the time zone.my doctor advise me wear sport bra thrue the night then take it off for 6-8 hours a day I am using antibiotic cream for my open wound and silicon Gen over the scars.

The day of the surgery
We arrived 8 am in the outpatient clinic and everything was just
happening so fast I was at having procedure done at 11 am and they let
me stay til 6pm.I really don't remember much because ones they started I
i was out.I only felt less pressure from chest and it was amazing long
expected feeling, I loved it!
