Hey I'm 32 years old with 3 kids South African from dbn I have been doing my research since December last year but battling to find a dr.
I want to do Brazilian butt fats transfer I have attended x2 doctors and my mind is made up I'm going with dr Brown @ Rose bank Clinic he is the best and I belive he can pull this off.

Hey ladies I know this will assist lost of people in my situation as my South Africans don't write their journey's on Real Self it's a turf decision to make but my mind is made up I'm going through with this procedure Bbl.
Well even though my Husband is not fully on board he says there is nothing wrong with me and he is worried about da scars after.
Attached see my b4 photos I want da dr to do liposuction around my waist areas, love handles, under arms, bwn my upper thighs and of course my arms are huge even if I loose weight my arms have stubborn fats so they kind of add on this apple shape well that is about to change I'm hopping to have an hour glass shape

Yes gal bbl is just as popular in SA as USA I'm telling even I did'nt know I neary went to USA for this procedure
