Wide and upturned nose, zero definition - the opposite of what I wanted

I am very unhappy with my nose. It looks very wide and absolutely the opposite of what I wanted and explained to Dr. Ahmet Alp. I will do a revision rhinoplasty end of this year or next year. I preferred my nose before. There was a bump and it was far from being perfect but at least it suited my face and it was narrow.
I am very upset and regret my decision so much. There is no definition at all and my nose is very upturned exactly what I asked not to have. He didn’t listen to me. And now because of him I am suffering every day and just hope to get a revision rhinoplasty as soon as possible.Since the moment I saw my nose after the cast removal, I knew I would not like my nose. But everyone told me to be patient and to wait a few months. Now nobody can persuade me that it is ok because it’s not. There was no definition on the tip of my nose and it didn’t change (6 months after the operation).My nose looks so wide and lifted. My nostrils are big and show a lot.
