Unwanted Results. STAY AWAY. Once you pay, service is 100% different and your concerns will not be addressed.

I’m am sad to leave this review. I went to Dr Kassir over a year ago, after extensive research, for breathing issues and cosmetic rhinoplasty. I had an in person consult that included online imaging of what my end result would look like. Customer service at this point was great and I was happy so I booked my surgery. Fast forward a year later, (my nose should be almost if not completely healed), my nose looks nothing like the imaging- it is wide, tip is droopy and bolbous- all things I specifically mentioned that I did not want. To make matters worse, my breathing problem was never addressed during surgery and my septum is now deviating, making my breathing100% worse than I started with. I paid a lot of money for this surgery with high expectations, at a minimum expecting good customer service. Unfortunately that is not what I received. His mannerism along with his staff completely changed after I paid for my procedure. They are unfriendly, rude and push concerns to the back burner once you pay for the surgery. It seems that they are NOT concerned with you after you pay and the only way to get a follow up is to pay for a consult! I have tried to book multiple virtual follow ups with Dr Kassir, only to have him not show up/not call for the appointment. Because of this I’ve had to reschedule multiple times. His staff do not care to accommodate this and instead keep pushing my appointment further claiming he has no openings. If I do not pay for anything upfront, his staff will not book me. Recently, his staff refused to schedule me for an inpt consult stating Dr. Kassir is not accepting in pt visits, when in fact he is, as he post live feeds on his Instagram. In addition, after checking his website, I noticed he has availability every single day if I pay 100$. He also seems to be more available for his customers with a large social media following. I am overall extremely disappointed with the service provided as well as the customer service I received AFTER I paid for the surgery. It was my impression that Dr. Kassir and his team were amongst the top providers. Instead they turned out to be money hungry, rude, and inconsiderate.

If you are looking for top quality care pre and post procedure, end results you requested, and accessibility to to address concerns with your surgeon, as well as friendly front desk staff- Do not go here. These people will only see you as a dollar sign. Once you pay, service is 100% different and your concerns will not be addressed. Sadly, I cannot disagree with any of the bad reviews left on here. I wish I would have listened more to them.
