Shocked - left with a large thick bridge, uneven nostril & dent

I have been to this surgeon twice. The first time he caused a dent in my nose when all I asked for what my nostrils to be the same. He left one side concaved in on itself and my entire nose leaning. The second time I had to post a review for them to respond to me to redo my nose and I asked for the same thing again for him to fix my nostrils to be the same or similar and get rid of the dent he caused. This time I still have a dent in my left nostril and my nose still leans to one side. The communication has been truly awful, I have messaged Sevde his PA, but she doesn’t respond but she has time to post images to her WhatsApp story. I would absolutely not recommend this surgeon or this company. They do not listen to you or anything you want, nor explain anything. I understand changes happen but I did not expect to be left with a large thick bridge, which is much more thick than my original nose and a keloid inside the right nostril making it look completely uneven and even thicker with a dent on my left nostril. Truly shocked and disappointed with this treatment. Find a different surgeon! Awful! Awful! Awful!

I went back due to the large dent in my nostril (that Dr Onsal Caused) and the leaning on my nose. Neither were addressed! I wish I went to a different surgeon, instead of wasting my money and time twice, and yes they made me pay the fees the second time even though he messed up my nose the first time. He doesn’t accept blame for his own mistakes!

I also need to add that my nose is also very lumpy on the tip! It feels like a bag of marbles! Terrible surgeon for rhinoplasty. He may be better for other surgeries, just not the face. I would avoid if possible, there are many great surgeons in Istanbul for rhinoplasty, do you research and read reviews on how they treat you post surgery. I have not been checked up on and also blanked.

I had rhinoplasty one year ago in March 2022 with Dr Erkin Onsal, overall I have to rate the experience as terrible. His PA Sevde is so nice until she has your money. My consultation consisted of me trying to tell him what I wanted and him ignoring everything I said and telling me “don’t worry, I make your nose nice” he didn’t listen to what I wanted now my nose looks much much worse and he refuses to be held accountable for his work, blaming my facial asymmetry for his bad work. How can you trust a surgeon who cannot take responsibility for his own actions? I told his PA Sevde after I returned home to the UK that I was unhappy with my nose as it was now more far to the left which it wasn’t before and also now had a weird cut/indent which I also did not have before, Dr Erkin ruined my nose and they have the audacity to blame “cartilage memory” and facial asymmetry how can it be cartilage memory when my nose wasn’t like this before for it to remember, just trying to find anything to blame but himself. She tells me I must wait one year for it to heal, which I did and got back in touch recently. I have sent numerous messages, to which she blanks or ignores, so I have to call and call to which I also get ignored. The only time she answers, she tells me I can come back for revision rhinoplasty and I only have to pay for the hospital fees but failing to tell me that I still have to pay hotel, transfer (so pretty much everything again) this implies to me that I only have to pay hospital fees as that’s what came out of her mouth, I ask her why she lied to me she tells me she never, however she has and did, she fails to mention the cost of the hotel, transfers etc. so I’m basically paying for a full second nose job again after the messed up my nose the first time round and they just expect me to pay another £4K for a terrible job? Deluded much? Sevde will ignore you and lie to you over and over and over and then acts dumb. I would give 0 stars as I had a terrible experience if I could. Please find a different surgeon who will actually listen to you because this is your face. I made the mistake of going to this surgeon because my friend did, but do your own research. The first image is my before, the second image is after. Please go to a different surgeon. All I wanted was the bridge of my nose and tip to be more central and my nostrils even, I asked many many many times if this would be achievable and each time I was told yes. Post surgery and one year on, they decide to blame my face for what they did to my nose and also FINALLY decided to tell me, it’s not achievable, supposedly. Throughout my whole experience I was lied to, to this day they will not a accept responsibility for their own actions and continue to blame my face asymmetry, when he is just an inexperienced, bad surgeon, and now I just have to deal with this ugly disgusting nose for the rest of my life, so I am sharing my experience so others can make better decisions and choose a better surgeon and company.
