My reason for surgery was to reduce the bulbus tip - now it looks deformed

Had four operations. Happy with 3 of them but not happy with my nose. Four months post op and my tip is still larger than before, and there is a sharp piece of cartilage on the tip almost piercing through the skin and uncomfortable. My reason for having the surgery was to reduce the bulbus tip, now it looks deformed.
