Revision Ahmet Alp, Worst Decission of my Life

Hi everyone, i had my nose done in turkey twice, my first rhinoplasty was done by dr emre ilhan and the result was horrible to say the least, but i didnt expect my revision with alp to be even worse. During the consultation I asked if he could give me alar rim grafts because one of my alar rims had an indentation from the first surgery and i was worried of them collapsing, i also told him i did NOT want my tip lifted but he insisted he needed to do so a little bit and it will drop, i kept repeating and practically begged him i did not want a "pigs" nose so dont lift my tip too much and he laughed saying he doesnt do pig noses. Fast forward to the day of surgery, the hospital room was dirty my mother had to clean the room herself(as far as that was possible) and my shoes got stolen from my room during surgery so i went home the next day barefeet. Anyway as soon as i woke up from the anesthesia i was unhappy, i could already tell it wouldnt look good, my nose was red and i was cut open in places where no one should ever be cut during a rhinoplasty, it was in the middle of my actual alar rims from the outside, i have permanent scars there aswell. he wasnt experienced to do alar rim grafts instead of telling me that on the consultation he just agreed to do them and thereby using me as a guinea pig, someone to experiment on. I have hypertrophic scars on my columella on my alar rims and next to the alar rims, i can feel my columella strut poke through my skin (inside of my mouth above my lip not sure how to explain it) and its also crooked as if the strut graft is not in the right position. if i blow my nose the inside of my nose hurts, my septum hurts ALOT if i clean out my nose and touch it, i have no idea whats going on..and i cant find anything about it online either. My tip is crooked and assymetric, and i have an uplifted pig nose ;/ no amount of makeup will make my nose look good, and now i have no other option than to go under the knife once again.
