Received Work I Didn’t Consent to

I had multiple procedures with Dr. Urbinelli—rhinoplasty, genioplasty, facial fat transfer, and submental liposuction.
The facial fat transfer was supposed to be to the cheeks only—this is what we discussed at the consultation and follow-up. My chin was looking very puffy and (I thought) swollen even 6 months post-op, so when I questioned Dr. Urbinelli about it, I found out he had placed fat in my chin WITHOUT MY CONSENT! My chin looks so puffy and bulbous, it weighs down my face. However, *even if* the results had looked good, that would still not justify the fact that this procedure was done without my consent. This is absolutely not acceptable, and is why I am writing this review—to warn other patients.
Additionally, I had a rhinoplasty. I had informed Dr. Urbinelli that I have an allergy to adhesive, and this was noted in my chart. He did not discuss with me that adhesive would be placed on my nose under the cast after the operation—or what my options might be as a person with an allergy to adhesive. After the procedure, I developed a weeping rash from the adhesive placed on my nose, which caused the cast to loosen and fall off prematurely. To this day my nose is the same size as it was pre-op and still has a small bump. I have to wonder if the reason isn’t because of this.
Lastly, I had lipo under the chin and along the jawline that was meant to improve the appearance of pre-jowls. It actually ended up making my jowls WORSE. At no point did he tell me that lipo could make the appearance of jowls worse. So what was supposed to be a rejuvenating procedure for me ended up aging me. Overall, I spent thousands of dollars for work that was at best disappointing and at worst made me look worse, including work **I didn’t consent to**.
