Overall Poor Experience
Unfortunately, my experience here was subpar. I cannot comment on Dr. Sinno's talent as a surgeon as I had to cancel my surgery for medical reasons on the day of. This was incredibly disappointing for me and notably inconvenient for Dr. Sinno and surgery center. The surgery center was wonderful about returning my payment but if it wasn't for the protection of my payment though CareCredit, Dr. Sinno would've kept my full payment. Dr. Sinno and staff are threatening not to uphold the terms in their contract and deposit agreement. They state "it is his practice and he can decide what to do". The staff's unfriendly demeanor has created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I would caution others considering services here as I do not believe patient welfare is their number one.
