Nose Still Crooked

I thought hard about what rating I wanted to give Mr Cotrufo. Overall he was very professional and kind, going out of his way to reassure me before my rhinoplasty and after it. However, my main concern was my crooked nose, and don't believe enough was done to correct it. I wanted to keep a small bump to retain the ethnic profile of my nose which Mr Cotrufo agreed to. While he was able to do this, he did not break or reset any of my nasal bones to reposition my severely crooked nose. Moreover, upon visiting another surgeon, I was told my deviated septum was still deviated. While there is an improvement overall, my nose is still just as crooked as it was before, sitting in the exact same position. There is also still excess cartilage in one side of my nose that Mr Cotrufo said he would remove but hasn't, even after sending me for a costly facial scan to check what it was.

As I slowly realised that my bones had not been reset and that my nose was still crooked, I tried to inform Mr Cotrufo. While he never promised perfection, it became clear to me that he was unsure of how to actually do what I had asked, instead trying to tell me it was an improvement and that's all I could ask form I'm devastated that I spent so much money for my problem not to be fully addressed - I am now facing a 16k+ revision and I've spent months so depressed about my nose and decision. I would definitely recommend Mr Cotrufo if you want a simple change to your nose, but I cannot recommend him for anyone with a complex case - please save your money and go to an ENT surgeon.
