Natural and harmonious result
Dr Paun performed my septorhinoplasty 1 month ago and I am beyond thrilled with the result.
I decided to go ahead with the procedure as I wasn't able to breathe through my nose due to a deviated septum. Also, I had a large dorsal hump and a bulbous tip, so my nose was distracting attention away from my best features - my eyes and lips.
I wanted a natural result that wasn't too extreme, sloped or upturned. Beware of surgeons whose results are all "Barbie noses" and far too upturned and sloped - red flag!
I chose Dr Paun as his results are very natural looking, and he considers the unique facial symmetry of each patient, instead of doing the same nose on everybody.
Recovery was pretty rough, but felt much better after 2 weeks. It's now been 1 month, and the swelling has gone down significantly. I am massaging every day and taping overnight, as well as sleeping propped up to reduce swelling.
The result is exactly what I hoped for... I can breathe perfectly through both nostrils, and my nose is straight and harmonious with my face. It looks extremely natural, but also feminine and attractive.
