Lifelong wishing a nice nose and I finally decided to undergo rhinoplasty. Living so far away (South America) I got to know Dr. Robotti in a newspaper article, he was in Buenos Aires in a World Congress and after researching his work I was completely sure he was the perfect surgeon for me. I am 60 years old, no rhinoplasty before since artificial results were exactly what I feared. My reasoning was "I prefer an ugly natural nose than an artificial small nose" I hated seen people with small noses but not nice noses, those that you detect are not natural. And due to my age I really did not want great changes in my face, I wanted to look natural, and this is exactly what he did. My problem, mainly, was the tip, bulbous tip, I did not care about the size of my nose but I wanted it to be more defined, neat, not going down when smiling. And that exactly is what Dr. Robotti did. I am really happy and feel I was lucky to read that article years ago. And I still cannot believe how many bad experiences, awful results people get with other renown plastic surgeons and end in Robotti's hands to have a nice and functional nose again. That was also an important fact that made me travel from South America to Bergamo just to have the surgery I never had the courage to undergo. And I also need to share that all his team was very nice and supportive, I do not remember exactly their names right now but for sure all the people that work with him are as responsible, nice, attentive and really listen to the patient as Dr. Robotti does. No pain, great recovery. My nose looks natural, people do not notice I have a different nose but they tell me and ask me what have I done just because they find me more beautiful, different. Just what I needed. Just what I wanted. Natural and nicer. Somehow younger. Rejuvenated. Great decision. Thanks again.
