Life changing for the worse - supposed to be touched minimally

I’m not sure what’s worse, this horrible and ugly, uncomfortable nose I have, or having my problems disregarded. This was supposed to be minimal change, 1mm he said. I am butchered. I need rib grafts to build my nose back. It will never feel, look or function the same. Biggest I’d take of my whole life and I have been miserable and can’t move on from this, all to be gaslit and told that my nose looks great. I cry all the time. I paid $13k to be uglier, with no end in sight. I am seeking out revision, my life is consultations and research. What a mistake. I had a nice nose and it was supposed to be touched minimally, I wish he told me what I know now. Doc said my front would not change. It’s completely changed. All angles have problems and are uglier, and he will not acknowledge it. I have endless pictures, feel free to reach out.

All angles of my nose are worse. Ugly alar retraction, drooping tip, embarrassing pinching. I have anxiety to even smile in front of people. If you are wanting a very minor change, do not get surgery! I’d give anything to have my life and happiness back, and my small hump profile.
